Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Each bottle is individually inspected and hand-packed before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility in Puglia.
During high-demand periods — such as the holidays or limited-edition launches — processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 US states. All prices are in USD.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Remote areas (AK, HI, US territories) may require 1–3 additional business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express or FedEx International.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Most personal-use olive oil shipments to the US under $800 clear customs duty-free under the US de minimis threshold, though we cannot guarantee this outcome. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have questions before placing an order.
Packaging
Every Ramo d'Oro bottle is wrapped in tissue paper, cushioned in custom protective foam, and sealed in a branded gift box — designed to arrive safely and to double as gift-ready packaging. No additional wrapping needed. We use recyclable and minimal materials wherever possible.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email us at ramodorooliveoil@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no additional cost to you.
