Roots Run Deep
A family's five-generation journey from grove to table
A Legacy in Olive Oil

The First Planting
Giovanni Ferretti plants 200 Coratina olive trees on the sun-drenched hills of Veglie, Puglia. The soil is rich with limestone, the climate perfect for olives that will produce oil of extraordinary character.

The Stone Mill
Giovanni's son Antonio builds a traditional stone frantoio on the estate. The massive granite wheels, still in use today, cold-press the olives within hours of harvest — preserving every nuance of flavor.

The Ceramic Partnership
Maria Ferretti, a lover of Pugliese folk art, commissions the first hand-painted ceramic bottles from artisans in nearby Grottaglie. What begins as a personal passion becomes the brand's signature.

A New Chapter
The fifth generation introduces a contemporary pop-art ceramic collection, collaborating with young Italian artists while honoring the same estate-pressed oil that started it all over a century ago.
The Land Speaks
Puglia's Salento peninsula — where red earth meets blue sea. Our groves sit on ancient limestone, kissed by the Adriatic breeze and the Saharan scirocco. This unique terroir gives our oil its distinctive character: bold, complex, unforgettable.
What We Believe
Artigianale
Artisanal
Every bottle is shaped by hand, painted by hand, filled by hand. No two are alike.
Autentico
Authentic
Single-estate oil from ancient trees. No blending, no shortcuts, no compromise.
Sostenibile
Sustainable
Organic farming, solar-powered mill, zero-waste production. The land gives; we give back.
Bello
Beautiful
We believe food should nourish the soul as much as the body. Beauty is not luxury — it is necessity.
