60 Hectares of Ancient Wisdom
Where centuries-old trees meet Mediterranean sun and sea
The Estate
A living landscape where every element β soil, climate, craft β conspires to create something extraordinary.
The Ancient Grove
Over 2,400 olive trees, some more than 500 years old. Coratina, Ogliarola, Cellina di NardΓ², and Peranzana varieties thrive in the red Pugliese earth.
The Stone Mill
Our traditional frantoio uses granite millstones and cold-press extraction to produce oil of uncompromising quality. The mill has operated continuously since 1936.
The Tasting Room
A sun-filled space where guests can taste our oils paired with local bread, tomatoes, and cheeses. Learn to detect the notes of artichoke, almond, and pepper.
The Ceramic Workshop
Watch our artisan partners at work in their bottega β shaping, painting, and firing the ceramic bottles that make each edition unique.

The Trees Remember Everything
Some of our trees were saplings when Columbus sailed. They have survived drought, war, and time itself. Their roots reach deep into Puglia's ancient limestone, drawing minerals that give our oil its unmistakable complexity.
